Shipping & Delivery
Hunt Vizion ships via FedEx and UPS to provide reliable, cost-effective delivery to your home or business. Rental shipping fees include delivery to you and return shipping back to Hunt Vizion.
Rentals must be returned using the provided prepaid label and dropped off at your local FedEx or UPS location.
All rental deliveries require an adult signature. Please ensure someone 18+ with valid identification is available to receive the package. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Deliveries may arrive later in the afternoon, so please plan accordingly.

- Please check in with the receptionist upon arrival. At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States (Lower 48) and do not ship to PO Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Rental Returns
Return shipping is included with all rentals, and a prepaid return label will be included in your shipment.
Please keep the original box and packing materials to ensure safe return shipping. Rental items must be dropped off at the appropriate carrier (FedEx or UPS) by close of business on the last day of your rental period.
Retail Purchases
New inventory items may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the buyer’s expense. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new, unused condition to qualify.
Open-box and used items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.
FAQ
Do I need to save the box when I receive my rental equipment?
Yes. Please save the original shipping box and packing materials. When returning your rental, place the return shipping label over the original shipping label so your package is ready for drop-off.
Do I need to be home when the rental equipment is delivered?
Yes. An adult signature is required for delivery. Packages cannot be rerouted to another address or left without a signature.
Can I have my package delivered to a FedEx or UPS location?
Yes. This is a great option if you cannot be available to sign for delivery. If you need help locating the nearest carrier location, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can you ship my rental equipment directly to my guide or outfitter?
In most cases, yes. If your guide or outfitter agrees to accept and sign for the package, we can ship directly to them. This can reduce travel hassle and help you avoid transporting extra gear. Please contact us to arrange this option.
Can I have my rental equipment delivered on a Saturday?
Yes. Both FedEx and UPS offer Saturday delivery for an additional fee. For the best shipping rates, we recommend weekday delivery when possible.
How will I know when my equipment will be delivered?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships. Your equipment is scheduled to arrive on the first day of your rental period, though in some cases it may arrive a day early.
What day should I start my rental?
We recommend starting your rental at least one day before any travel or trip departure. Deliveries can arrive late afternoon or early evening depending on your location.
When do I ship my rental equipment back?
Rental equipment must be dropped off with FedEx or UPS and scanned into their possession by close of business on the last day of your rental period.
Can I purchase the equipment after renting it?
Yes. If you decide to purchase the equipment, your rental cost (excluding shipping fees) can be applied toward the purchase price of the item currently in your possession. You may also return the rental unit and purchase a brand-new item.
Do you charge late fees?
Yes. While we try to be flexible when possible, late returns can impact the next customer’s reservation. Late fees are 25% of the 4-day minimum rental charge per day.
