Your rental ships to arrive on the first day of your rental period.
An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the package.
Keep the original box and packing materials.
On the last day of your rental, attach the prepaid return label.
Drop off the package at FedEx or UPS by close of business.
Pick up Monday–Friday during business hours.
Check in with the receptionist upon arrival.
Return the equipment by close of business on the final rental day.

All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon date. In the event a product is not returned, lost, or damaged beyond repair, the customer will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the item.
